Antioch to close

Here is the what the early news of Antioch's closure looks like on Google News today.

What does it mean that the Antioch campus and culture lack so much support?

The campus lost more than half its 650 or so enrollment when it started the latest re-organization plan, focused on curriculum. According to Bob Devine, this wasn't the problem that needed addressing, the process wasn't funded by the BOT, and it has been terminated by the closing 1/3 of the way to completion.

So, the University insisted the college break even -- which it hasn't done in 40+ years and couldn't without the endowment that went into the University. Then the University sabotaged the College. Then the University cried, "See! These toxic students and loser professors have destroyed the College! We must close!"

So, who again did not support Antioch College?
